I tried both Yahuza’s 2k suya and Hilton’s 30k suya and honestly… Yahuza took the crown. Juicier, more of that authentic local suya flavour. Hilton’s own wasn’t bad but the portion was small and it just felt like spiced meat. The meat quality was however top notch.
